Children's Ministry Volunteer Application

Thank you for you interest in volunteering! This form allows for a regular attendee at LPBC to apply to be a volunteer in Lakewood City Kids. Our goal at LPBC is to create an environment where children can safely learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus through the light and love of his volunteers in a safe and loving atmosphere!
